  • How much is parking? What are additional parking options?
    Overnight parking is $63 a night. Additional nearby parking options include Illinois Center Garage which is $41 a night, Park Millennium Garage which costs $34 a night & Millennium Park which is $30 a night.   • Can I check in early?
    Check in at Hyatt Regency Chicago is at 3:00 pm. While we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available, we invite you to talk to the Front Desk agent upon arrival to the hotel, as we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.
  • Can I have a late checkout?
    Check out at Hyatt Regency Chicago is at 12pm. While we cannot guarantee late departure will be available, we invite you to talk to the Front Desk agent as we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.
  • Is there something charged to my room from the minibar?
    There is no charge for minibar items unless they are consumed, however, our minibar and snack tray items are placed on sensors and removing them could cause a charge to apply.
  • How do I log in to the internet? Is there a charge?
    To log onto Hyatt Regency Chicago’s complimentary guest room and public space, connect to the @Hyatt_WiFi network and launch browser. Free wireless internet will not be available in the meeting room area.
  • Is breakfast included in my rate?
    Breakfast is not included in our room rates.
  • Do you have a swimming pool or hot tub?
    Hyatt Regency Chicago does not have a swimming pool or hot tub.
  • Where are the restrooms?
    Restrooms are located in the main lobby to the left of American Craft Kitchen & Bar. We have alternate restrooms located throughout the hotel and are happy to assist; just ask a hotel associate at any time.
  • Can I have a room with a view?
    View rooms are offered and can be reserved when making your reservations online or over the phone. An additional charge may apply.
  • Can I confirm my reservation?
    All reservations booked through our website will be sent a confirmation email. You are more than welcome to confirm at any time by calling the hotel and asking to speak to a Reservations representative at +1-312-565-1234.
  • Where can I store my luggage?
    To store luggage, please visit our Bell Desk on the second floor next to our check-in desk to check your items.
  • How much do you hold as a deposit at check in? How long does it take for it to return to my account?
    $75/night is held on your credit card for a deposit on your reservation. If using a credit card not associated with a debit account, the money is held as an authorization and will fall off at the time of check-out. If you use a credit card associated with a debit account, the money is withdrawn from your account and refunded at the time of departure. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund in your account.
