Faculty Positions at the Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg and Family Depression Center at the University of Michigan

Established in 2001, our Center is the first of its kind and is devoted entirely to bringing depression into the mainstream of medical research, translational care, education, and public policy. Our goal is to improve lives and empower communities through bold innovations and interdisciplinary collaborations across research and outreach that advance the way we understand, treat and prevent depressive illnesses.

We are partnering with various University of Michigan departments or units to recruit several faculty positions, including those supported by endowed professorships, research professorships, and early career professorships. We are eagerly soliciting faculty applications from highly competitive candidates at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels. Specific areas of focus include precision mental health, digital technology, data science, and prevention of mental health problems; but, all work with the potential to impact depression is within scope.

The successful applicant will join a vibrant community of more than 200 faculty across departments who are passionate about depression and bipolar research and care. Departments/units for this search include but are not limited to, anesthesiology, biostatistics, computational medicine and bioinformatics, epidemiology, internal medicine and its subspecialties, mathematics, neurology, psychiatry and psychology.
