Having trouble receiving emails from SAS?
If our emails are ending up in your junk mail, here are a few ways to help:
- Ensure the emails that SAS uses are identified in your system as ‘safe sender’ or indicate ‘never block’ this address/domain. The exact wording will depend on the program you are using.
- These are the emails that SAS uses: sas@podiumconferences.com and info@conferencemanager.com (used for confirmations on membership, submissions, and registration)
- If your institution has a specifically strong SPAM filter, talk to your IT department to see how you can ensure you’re getting SAS emails
- If you don’t wish to receive SAS emails anymore, there is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email message rather than marking as spam – that will help others who wish to receive SAS mailings to get them
For any SAS related questions, please email sas@podiumconferences.com.
For SAS 2026 conference related questions, please contact the Program Co-Chairs, Katie Hoemann (khoemann@gmail.com) and Desmond Ong (desmond.c.ong@gmail.com).
